Due to the underground nature of the non-compliance, I was not able to personally verify the corrective work.
But I have been told that the draintile has been capped, and that's the best assurance I have to go on.
With that said, it is tentatively compliant with MCWD regulations. It will become a separate issue if that is not
found to be the case.

I am writing to inform you that the Stop Work Order which was delivered to my address
dated October 20, 2010 was complied with on 11/22-24/2010.
Mr. Bob Nichols, of RDN Contracting completed the work November 22-24. Mr.
Nichols is a sub-contractor for the Casco Point Reconstruction and Drainage project for
Geislinger Contractors. Mr. Nichols' phone number is 612-366-4204 if you wish to
contact him independently.

This should be wrapping up now. I'm going on the word of the contractor that the draintile is not perforated. With that
being the case, the homeowner and contractor have proposed capping the tile and I have agreed to let them move
forward with that.That should take care of the issue in a minimized amount of disturbance solution.

Please find attached a copy of an invoice provided by Trina Determan (3026 Casco Pt. Rd) showing that the draintile
installed on her property was capped and billed on 11/22/10.
Combined with a site inspection where standing water was observed again at the corner of the fenced-in portion of lawn -
this concludes the matter from an MCWD perspective and the site is compliant.
