Irene called this morning requesting a refund of the escrow money from the zoning permit for driveway modification.
According to the Building Inspection Record Card issued with building permit number 2012-01168 an as-built survey is
required, copy attached. Before your escrow money can be refunded, an as-built survey is required to be submitted.
Once our engineer reviews and approves it,your escrow refund can be processed. Please note, all expenditures,
including escrow refund requests, require council approval. So depending upon the timing of the approval, it may take a
couple of weeks before you will receive the escrow refund.
