Re: Building Permit Application - 3020 Casco Point Road
Dear Mr. Miller:
Tha City is in receipt of your building permit application for 3020 Casco Point Road. It is the
City's policy to not approve building permit applications where hardcover exceeds allowed
limits. If a portion of the building is removed and replaced, the replacement must meet all the
applicable zoning and building code requirements. Mr. Lindgren is aware of this and was
informed that a variance from the City Council would be required to issue a building permit.
Therefore the City will hold your application until a variance is granted or hardcover is removed
and the property is within allowed limit. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me at
