At the regularly scheduled Sept�mber �7 , �992 meeting of the Board
af Managers, the subject permit application was reviewed along with
the following exhibits:
1. Permit application 92-163 re�eived September 4 , 1992 .
2 . Site plan received Sept�mber 4 , 1992 .
3 . Typical cross section received September 4 , 1992 .
The Board approved the permit application as submitted. This
document is your permit fram the MCWD.

The following conditions w�re placed an th� permit:
l. All materi�l Qxcavated during l�hdscaping and pla�ement
of the ston� t�t�1Z shall be placeti �bove elevation 931. 5.
Z. Geotextile fabric be used Y��tw��n the exposed soil and
garden stone for stabilizatian.
3 . No excavation will be done below the 4HW.
4 . Attention be giverl to erosian control throughout
cor�struction of project.
The pormit is valid far one year. If conatru�t.io� is not completed
by Septemb�r 17, 1993 , an exte115ion must be �equested.
The applicant is respansible far complian�� with all District rules
and for the actions of your representatives, evntraetors and
employees. Please contaet the District �t 9�9-8320 when the
project is about to commence so an inspector may view the work in
progress,
