HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution 2046 m �< ' � 1 1 C�t� o� ORONO � RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL � NO. 2046 • • - • • � A RESOLDTION APPROVIAIG THE PLAT OF BETH AND BRIDGET, A SIIBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE R$ARRANG$MENT ' FILE NO. 1004 WH$R$AS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and WH$R$AS, the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono has adopted sub- division regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development of �.and within the City; and WHEItEAS, the City Council has considered the application for a subdivision of a Iot line rearrangement by William J. Ulrich, the subdivider; and WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet all standards of the LR-1B zoning district finding that each lot is of a size and configura- tion that wil 1 allow its continued use as a single family residence to be • fully developed without the need of any variances; and WHER$AS, the subdivicler has completed all requirements of the platting regulations of the City, including: 1. Completion of all the requirements of Resolution A1o. 1987. 2. Dedication of Drainage and Utility Easements. . 3. Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation Easement providing for limitations on the use of wetlands and/or drainageways described therein and shown on the plat as "drainage easements". 4. Payment to the City for the legal review and filing of the plat • easements and covenants in the amount of $150.00. NOW, THEREFORB, BE IT RSSOLVED that the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Beth and Bridget, Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the following conditions: 1.. Owner of Lot 2 is hereby advised that if the subject property is divided in the future, the following is noted by this Council: A) The property currently contains 25� of hardcover or the allowed amount of hardcover for a property located within a � Lakeshore Residential Zone. C) The subject property qualifies for one riparian lot based on Iot width standards for lakeshore lots within the LR-1B Zoning District. 2. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin County Registrar of Titles or Recorder's Office on or before March 22, 1987 together with a certified original copy of this Resolution and executed copies of the documents noted above. The approval granted by this Resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by the date specified above.
