l. All material excavated durinq landscaping and placement
af the ston� w�ll shall be placed ab4ve elevation 931. 5.

garden stone far stabilizatian.
3 . No excavation will be don� below the OHW.
4 . Att�ntion be giv�rl to erosicn control throughout
con�truction of project.
The pQrmit is valid far ane year. If cc+natruct.inr� is not completed
by Septemb�r 17 , 1993 , an extension must ba �equested.
The applicant is responsible far compliance with all District rules
and for the actions of your repr�sentativ�s, contractors and
employees. Please contact the District at 939-8320 when the
project is about to commence so an inspector may view the work in
progress.
