RESOLUTION N0. '
A RESOLUTION DENYING THE REQUEST OF THE WAYZATA ',
COUNTRY CLUB TO ESTA$LISH TOWNSHIP ROADS OVER
PORTIONS OF THE LUCE LINE TRAIL. ,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has received '
a request from the Wayzata Country Club to establish two (2) i
township roads over portions of land known as the Luce Line Trail;
and ;

��JHEREAS, the two township roads as requested by the Wayzata � �
Country Club are proposed as Parcels A and B and are legally
defined in Hennepin County as: . :
That part of .Luce Line Trail; formally known as The
Electric Short Line Railway Company, located in the
west half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 36,
� Township 118, Range 23, Hennepin County, Minnesota, ';
� described as follows: � �
Commencing at the intersection of the east �
line of said West Half of the Southeast �
• Quarter and the north line of said Luce Line
Trail; for bases of bearings, the east line of
said West Half of the Southeast Quarter has an
assumed bearing of South 0 degrees 05 minutes
35 seconds East;� thence westerly 297. 50 feet,
along a nontangential curve, along the
northerly line of said Luce Line Trail,. being .�
a curve concave to the south, having a radius
2907. 23 feet and a central angle of 5 degrees ;
51 minutes 47 seconds, the chord of said curve }
bears North 83 degrees 05 minutes' 58 seconds ;
west to the beginning of lanc] to be described; .
thence continuing westerly 380.00 feet along +�
said curve concave to the south, having a

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, THAT the City Council of the ��
City of Orono does hereby resolve to deny the request of Wayzata ��
Country Club to establish township roads over portions of the Luce -_
