Mr . Lapinski was also remirded , in Mr. Bruce Vang " s presence ,
that due to a recer.t survey he has encroachments across the
lct line tha� must be rernoved within ten ( 10 ) days from
August 7th. , 1992 .
Mr. Lapir.ski was made offically aware ofi the encroachments
June 25th, 1942 and has had sufficnnt time to voluntarily re-
move those encroachments. Since he has not removed them to
date , he was advised that he has ten ( lU) aays firom August
7th. , 1992 to remove all �he encroachments.
Mr. Lapinski was also advised that ifi the encroachments are
not removed by August 17th. , 1992, they will be removed and
disposed ofi at my discreticn and he will be billed for the
time and labor to remove them.
