I. You may apply for mechanical permits by mail or in person at the City offices. Applications wifl
be reviewed and a permit will be issued wiYhin two workin�days.
2. Permit cards will be sent by return mail after a review is com��letcd. PERfv11TS F1RE NOT
VALtD LINTIL YOU RF_,CEIVE n PERMIT. WORK MUST NOT BEGIN UNTIL THE
PERMIT CARD IS POSTED ON THE JOB SITE.
i. Mechanical Desi�ns—Complete calculations,details and specifications are required for each
heating,ventilation,humidification-dehumidification,�nd air conditionin�installation includin�
heat loss/heat�ain calculation,design temperatures,equipment ratin�s and identificatioi�as to
type,manufacturer and model. Data shall be prese��ted nn form provided.
�E. When any new construction or remodeling is involve.d,a separate building permit must be
obtai necl.
5. All work i��ust be done in accordance with the Unifonn vlechanical Code/State Buildin�Code
