Thanks for the info, I guess I will need to find a corner in the garage for my lawn mower.
Is it possible to get a copy of the lot drawing? In talking with the neighbors it sounds like there was a fence
taken down at the time of remodeL I would like to replace the missing section to make the yard secure for a pet.
I am not sure where the lot lines fall exactly.
Also, are decks considered hardcover? The house has a small deck on the back that I would like to enlarge at
some point if this is possible.

In 2005 when the home was remodeled and enlarged and hardcover variance was required (see
attached). No additional hardcover can be accommodated on the property. If you feel there is some
hardcover that could be removed, you can contact the planning department for further discussion

I am a new resident to the city of Orono. I recently purchased the home at 2914 Casco Point Road.
I am interested in building a garden storage shed on my property and want to check with the city to see what would be
allowed and where it would be okay to put the shed on my lot. The storage shed I have in mind would not be larger than 8'
x 12'. I would have it constructed to match the home's exterior. Can you send me a map of the lot showing where I can
place the shed an where the lot lines fall?
