Re: Fence
Dear Mr. Elson:
It has come to the attention of this department that you have constructed a fence in your
lakeshore yard. Orono Municipal Code prohibits fences within 75' of the lake and within the
average lakeshore setback. Although there may have been a fence in the same location
previously, you are prohibited from replacing it. Please remove the fence by June 27, 1994.
