Dear Mr. Oman
I oicked up a buildn permit number 419, n 12/2'?/91.
I am now interested in returning the ermit for sme refund.
I had met with the home owners several tmes and was tld that
I had the jb. Snce pickin up the permit, communication with
the home owners has fallen apart. F_rt riht after I had the
permit they ruit returning my calls. Then, when we did get tgther
they told me they did nt vrant t do the targest part f the job,
finishing the basement. They did vTant t put n the mudroom
addition. At that time they trld me they wated t th?nk about
putting in sme benches and shelves and wuld call me back in a
day or tv:o . That was about the Gecnd veek i January and I have
not heard frm them since. I don't knU rhat hanpened, but I have
given up on doing the wrk. I knw that yu have time in reviewing
the permit. I am a small remdeling cntractr. and uld appreciate
any posible refund. Thank yu.

RE: Permit Refund
I am authorizing a permit fee refund for work that was not started at
2871 Casco Point Road. Due to conditions beyond the contractor's
control, his contract was canceled and he is requesting a refund for
permit #4109. The Uniform Building Code allows a fee refund of 80 of
permit fee when no work has been done. There shall be no refund of
plan review fee as the plan review was completed. State surcharge is
also not refundable. Please refund 80$ of $171.00 or $136.80 to
Chinaner Home Construction. Thank you. d
