Subject: Raising the Garage Roof
The City Attorney determined that the garage that was built was the garage that was
approved. You will need to �le for an amendment to the variance. The process will be the
same as a new variance, but the location of the garage will not be an issue.
You can find the application at

for the January 20 Planning Commission meeting. After you have reviewed the application
