In my visit to yuur residence at the above address, we discussed the following items relative to tt
replacement of a limestone retaining w€:!t close to your neighbor.
• Remove old retaining wall.
• Lse large boulders, 3 to 4+ feet in average dianieter at base.
• Set first row of bouiders at least t foot below the existing(finished)ground surfac;e.
• Slope face of boulders 5°back from vertical.
* Irnmediately beliind boulders,place durable f lter clot��to release any water build-ap beiund wall.
� Fill and tamp behind filter cloth with clean coarse sand ar fine gravel.
• Place perforated plastic drain with sock behind lawest course of boulders and daylight towar�
street in a bed of coarse gravel to allow drainage for the gravel behind the wall.
• Refer to sketches attached.
