The drawings indicate a 14' 6" by <br /> 15 ' 6 " deck , or 225 square feet. In 1989 your variance <br /> application ( #1316 ) to bui ld a detached garage shows a 12' x 16' <br /> or 192 square foot deck. The original house plans also show a <br /> 12' x 16' deck. <br /> Since a deck is considered hardcover, there appears to be two <br /> options for approval of your application: <br /> 1.
