RSSOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS
, WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of
Orono, that the streets hereinafter described should be
, designated a Municipal State Aid street under the provisions of �
Minnesota Laws of 1967 Chapter 162:

� NOW THERI�FORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Orono that
the roads described as follows, to-wit:

be , and hereby is established, located and designated as
Municipal State Aid streets of said City, subject to the approval
of the Commissioner of Transportation of the State of Ntinnesota.
� BE IT FUTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this
resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his
consideration, and that upon his approval of the designation of
said roads or portions thereof, that same be cons�"ructed,
improved and maintained as Municipal State Aid streets of the
City o.� Orono, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid
streets as indicated above.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono at a
regular Council meeting on December 9, 1985.
