RRSOLIITIO�i RSVORING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWl�YS
WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of
Orono, that the streets hereinafter described should be revoked
as Municipal State Aid street under the provisions _of Minnesota
Laws of 1967 Chapter 162:

NOW THERRFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City of Orono that
the roads described as follows, to-wit:

said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of
Transportation of the State of Minnesota.
BE IT FURTHI3R RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of this
resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for his
consideration.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono at a
regular Council meeting on December 9, 1985.
