A RESOLIITION
ESTABLISHING SEW$R ASSESSMENT POLICY-
CRYSTAL BAY SEWER PROJECT AREA � . �
WHEREAS, properties in the Crystal Bay Project area have been
assessed for municipal sewer service as Project 84-1 and 84-2; and
WHEREAS, capacity does exist in the system to serve a limited
number of properties; and
WHER�S, potential residential units that were not served
should be charged an appropriate amount.
� NOW, THEREFORE, BL IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Orono that the following be the policy for connection charges
per SAC unit as outlined below:
Property Status Connection Charge �
Existing Residential/ $9,250. 00 + 10$ per year
Not in District after 1985
New Residential/Abutting $9,250. 00 + 10� per year
Properties after 1985
New Development on Currently $9 ,250. 00 + 10� per year
� Assessed Property after 1985
New Development Replacing Only to the extent that
Existing Development there are additional units,
which will be $9,250. 00 per
unit + 10� per year after 1985
