A RSSOLOTION APPROVING AN ASSESSMENT
FOR SANITARY SEWSR - PROJECT 83-1A
ON PROPERTY OWNED BY THE
FRESHWATER BIOLOGICAL INSTITOTE FOONDATION
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono directed
at its September 23, 1983, meeting that Project 82-1 be prepared,
WHEREAS , a portion of Project 82- 1A was alloted to be
paid by the Freshwater Biological Institute Foundation for its
properties.
WHEREAS , the assessment unit totals 23.54 acres is
$2,f�P10/acre for a total of $47,�8P1, to be assessed over 5 years
at 9.2� interest.
• AiOW, TgI$RSFORE BS IT RESOLVED, that the assessment for
Project 83-1 be spread against the sole affected property owner,
the Freshwater Biological Institute Foundation.
Aclopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota at a regular meeting held October 28, 1985.
