A RESOLIITION PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF DELINQIIENT
1985 SEWER AND WATER SERVICE CHI�RGES
WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota has enacted certain ordinances under the Minnesota
Statutes, therefore pursuant to Chapter 3, Orono City Code
pertaining to payment of Sewer and Water Charges and collection,
the following properties are delinquent in nature;
l. WHEREAS, the City has obtained from Hennepin County
Auditor levy Number 10006 for the delinquent sewer and water
� ` accounts. . '
2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to extend upon proper tax Iists of
the county and further collect said assessments thereon in
the manner provided by law.
3. That eight percent (8�) be added to the amounts due.
