A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE COLLECTION OF
. DEGINQOENT 1985 ALARM QSER FEE CHARGES
WHEREAS , the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono,
Minnesota has enacted certain ordinances under Minnesota
Statutes, therefore pursuant to Chapter 9 Orono City Code as
amended pertaining to payment and collection of Alarm User Fees,
the following properties are delinquent in nature.
1. WHEREAS, the City has obtained from the Hennepin
County Auditor levy number 10008 for the delinquent
Alarm User Fees. •
2. That the Hennepin County Auditor be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to extend upon proper tax lists
�° - of the county and further col lect said assessments in
the manner provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a
regular meeting held October 7, 1985.
