A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1985
TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE IN 1986
BE IT R$SOLVSD by the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono, �
County of Hennepin, Minnesota, that the following sums of money
be levied for the current year, collectible in 1986 upon taxable
property "�in the City of Orono, for the following purpose:
For all fund except Debt Redemption and Special Levies
$1,089,557
E IT FORTH$R R$SOLVSD that the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund Debt Redemption Levy of $ 1 ,500 for 1986 adopted .
October 9, 1974, by Resolution #465 is unnecessary and is hereby
ordered cancelled. ,
• BE IT FURTHLR R$SOGVED that the Improvement Debt
Redemption Fund Levy of $25,80� for 1986 adopted by Resolution
#556 on September 10, 1974, and amended by Resolution # 1208 on
September 29, 1980 , is unnecessary and is hereby ordered
cancelled.
BE IT FORTHBR RSSOL�$D that the Improvement Bonds of
198� Debt Redemption Fund Levy of $ 18,4Plfd for 1986 adopted
November 20, 1980 by Resolution # 1228 is unnecessary and is
hereby ordered cancelled.
� Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota at a regular meeting held September 23, 1985.
