Motion: To approve per the findings and conditions of the resolution previously mailed to you.
Please arrange to sign the three original resolution copies at the City Offices(Monday through
Friday7:30 to 5:00, Friday 7:30 to 11:30). All persons with an interest in the property must
sign the resolutions.
This approval is limited to the extent shown on approved plan and as noted in the approval
resolution. A building permit must be obtained no later than September 24, 2007.
If you desire certified copies of the official Council minutes,they are available from the City Clerk
after review and approval by the City Council.
