A RESOLIITION APPROVING THE PLAT OF �
CLIIB $OOSE TIIRN
FILE NO. 897
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation .
organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota;
and �
WHEREAS, the . City Council of the City of Orono
(hereinafter "City Council") has adopted subdivision regulations �
for the orderly, economie and safe development of I.and within the
City; and .
WHEREAS , the City Council has considered the
application for a subdivision by Janet and Chuck Peterson, the �
subdivider; and
• � WHEREAS, the subdivision has been found to meet aII
standards of the RR-1B zoning district finding that each Iot is
of a size and configuration that will allow its use as a single �
family residence to be fully developed without the need of any -
,
variances; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed aI.I. requirements
of the platting regulations of the City, including: .
� 1. Dedication on the plat of drainage and utility ease-
ments.
, 2. Dedication on the plat of right-of-way fora public
road, shown as Old Long Lake Road.
� 3. Payment ta the City of Park Dedication Fee in the amount
of $200.00. �
4. Payment to the City for the Iegal review and filing of
the p lat easements and covenants in the amount of $75.00•.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Counci 1 '
of the City of Orono hereby approves the plat of Club. House Turn,
Hennepin County, Minnesota; subject to the following condition:
il: The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono '
with the Regi'strar of Titles of the County of Hennepin on or
before February 12�, 19�86 together with a certified original
. copy of this Resolution.

The approval granted bg this Resolution shall expire if
the plat has not been filed by the date specified above. In that
event, it will be necessary to file a new appiication with the
City of Orono for subdivision review. .
Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota, this
12th day of August, 1985. �
