LMCD Code Section 2.01, subd. 2a) states that the authorized dock use area extends
into the Lake a distance equal to the 929.4' lakeshore frontage at the site, with a
maximum distance of 100'without a variance from LMCD Code. LMCD Code Section
2.01, subd. 2b)states that the authorized dock use area is limited in width by setback
limitations from the side site line extensions as follows:

This Code Section allows abutting property owners to mutually consent to adjustment

leaving town today and would not be back until June 16�. We had set up a meeting at
your site on June 17�. You had stated that you would contact your dock installer to
begin the process.
