According to the as-built hardcover calculations on file the property is at 29.2%. It appears the estimated additional proposed hardcover resulting from your patio project cannot be approved. I am attaching a proposed patio plan along with an as-built survey completed in 2013. Can you let me know if this proposed work is would meet approval considering the hardcover issues? Also, can you update me on the maximum allowable hardcover percentages allowable for this site? It looks like you would require a Hardcover Permit and possibly a Minor Land Alteration Permit to do this work. What would you require in terms of an erosion control plan for a project of this small size?
