. RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT TO EXPAND
THE CRYSTAL BAY AREA SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
TO INCLUDE THE ART CENTER OF MINNESOTA PROPERTIES
� WHEREAS, a Report has been prepared by the City Engineer �
regarding the proposed municipal sanitary sewer for the Art
Center of Minnesota property in the City of Orono; and
WHEREAS, said report dated April 25, 1985, was received
and reviewed by the City Council on May 13, 1�985.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Counci 1 of
the City of Orono: �
• l . The Council hereby accepts said Report as to the
feasibility of the proposed work and as to the estimated
cost of constructing said work..
2 . The Council will consider the construction of the
municipal sewer improvement in accordance with the
Report, and the assessment of the benefitted property
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429.
3 . The estimated total cost of all proposed work and all
proposed assessments as listed above is:
