A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR
A POBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER
� THE EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER
� TO THE ART CENTER OF MINNESOTA '
WHEREAS , the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono is
proposing the construction of sanitary sewer for the Crystal Bay
• area and, '
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Art Center of
Minnesota is located near the boundary of the area in Crystal Bay .
. that is proposed for sanitary sewer construction and, �
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it would
be appropriate to extend the Crystal Bay area sanitary sewer to
the Art Center of Minnesota which area is descri�ad as follows:
� The south 459 feet of the east 474.5 feet of Government Lot 5,
Section 101 T117 R23W and Lots 2 thru 6, Block 3, Markville
Addition, Section 10 T117 R23W, Hennepin County, Minnesota;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Coupcil of �
the City of Orono will conduct a public hearing in the City
Council Chambers at 1275 Brown Road South at 7:�0 P.M. on May 13,
1985, to receive comments from the public in regard to the
extension of sanitary sewer to the Art Center of Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting April 8 , 1985 .
