A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
AND AWARDING CONTRACT
CRYSTAL BAY SANITARY SEWER PROJECT 85-1
WHEREAS, on March 15, 1985, several bids were received,
opened and tabulated according to law pursuant to an
advertisement for bids for construction of the sanitary sewer in
the Crystal Bay area and,
WHEREAS , the City Engineer recommends that A.R. I .
Contracting Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder for this
' improvement; '
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Counci 1 of the
City of Orono, Minnesota
• 1 . The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to enter
into a contract with A.R.I. Contracting Inc. in the name
of the City of Orono , accordi�ng to the plans and
specifications therefore approved by the City Council and
. on file in the office of the City Clerk. .
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with
the bids, except .that the deposits of the successful �
bidder and the next two lowest bidders shall be retained
until• the contract is signed.
. Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota, at a regular
meeting held on April 22, � 1985, by a vote of 5 ayes and
0 nays. -
