A RESOLDTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR
THE CRYSTAL BAY AREA
SANITARY SEWER PROJECT 85-1
WHEREAS, the City of Orono has advertised for bids for
the proposed construction of a sanitary sewer system for the
Crystal Bay area; and
WHEREAS, the City of Orono opened bids for the proposed
improvement on March 15, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the City Council presently intends to proceed
with the construction of the � improvement.
NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counci 1 of
the City of Orono, Minnesota, hereby accepts the bids as
presented by the City Engineer with the following restrictions:
• 1. The City will proceed with the construction of the above
improvement, but subject to the City Council 's option to
cancel all or part of the project on or before May 14, 1985.
2. The Counci 1 may cance 1 a 1 1 or any part of the •
improvement, if it becomes clear that it is financially not
. advisable to proceed with the improvement.
� Adopted by the City Council of Orono on this 25th day
of March, 1985, by a vote of ' 3 ayes and 0 nays.
