.. :,�;. APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
' ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR
CRYSTAL BAY AREA MUNICIPAL SANITARY SEWER CONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS , the City Engin�eer has prepared plans and
specifications for the construction of Municipal Sanitary Sewer
in the Crystal Bay area of Orono; and .
NOW, THEREEORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Counci 1 of �
the City of Orono: . .
,
l . Such plans and specifications, dated� February 11 , 1985,
one copy of which is � attached� hereto and made a part
hereof , is .hereby approved and the project shall
henceforth be clesignated as Sanitary Sewer Improvements
Crystal Bay.
2 . The City .Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in
� the official �newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin
an advertisement for bids upon the making of such
improvements .,under such approved plans and
specifications. �
The Advertisement shall be published at least 10 days
prior to bid opening, shall specify the work to be done; �
shall state that bids will be received by the Clerk
until 10: 3� A.M., on Friday, March 15, 1985; at which
time they will be publicly opened in the Orono Council
Chambers, 1275 Brown Road South by the City Clerk and
Engineer, will be considered by the Council at 7:PJf� P.M.
on Monday, March 25 , 1985, in the Council Chambers; and
shall state that no bids v�ill be considered unless
sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompained by a
cash deposit, cashiers check, bid bond or certified
check payable to the Clerk for five percent of the
� amount of such bid.
Adopted by the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono, Minnesota on
