ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
CRYSTAG •BAY AREA MUNICIPAL SANITARY SEWER CONSTROCTION
- WHEREAS, on October 11 , 1983 , the� City Counci 1 ordered
preparation of a Feasibility Report regarding proposed
construction of municipal sanitary sewer in the Crystal Bay area;
and
' WHEREAS, on December 1P1, 1984, the City Council accepted
the feasibility report; and
WHEREAS, the Crystal Bay area in which the lateral sewer
service is proposed is listed in the Comorehensive Sewer Policy
Plan as, "Existing Rural Housing Identified For Alternative Waste
• Management Study"; and
, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Counci 1 of
the City of Orono, pursuant to Chapter 429 of Minnesota Statutes,
does hereby order Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates,
Inc., City Engineers, to prepare plans and specifications for the .
construction of municipal sanitary sewer in the Crystal Bay Area,
as follows:
The northeast 1/4 of the southwest 1/4 exc'ept the west 2P15
feet of the south 353 feet of Section 10, T117, R23W Hennepin
County, Minnesota
That part of . the northwest 1/4 of the southeast 1/4 of
Section 10, T117, R23W Hennepin County, Minnesota described as
follows. Commencing at the southwest corner of �the northwest 1/4
of the southeast 1/4 of said section, thence easterly to Lake
Minnetonka, thence northeasterly along the Lakeshore to a line
extended easterly from th,e north line of the Qra Park Addition,
• thence northwesterly to the west line of said northwest 1/4 of
the southeast 1/4 of Section 10, thence southerly to the point at
beginning and there terminating.
That part of the southeast 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of
Section 10, T117, R23W Hennepin County Minnesota described as
follows: Beginning 7.78 chains south of the northeast corner of
• the southeast 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 10, thence
westerly 370 feet, thence south 41 ° west 239 feet to the

centerline of Willow Drive to a point described as follows;
"Commencing at the southwest corner of the northwest 1/4 of the
northwest 1/4 of Section 10; thence northerly along the west line
395 feet 10 inches, thence south 35° 45' east 1093.9 feet"; �
thence southerly at right angles to the north ,line of Maxwell's
Addition to .Crystal Bay, thence northwest along the north line to -
the west line of the sou�theast 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of
Section 1(�; thence south along the west line to the southwest
corner of the southeast 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 1�,
thence east along the south line .to the centerline of Brown Road
(Co. Rd. 146) , thence northeast along the centerline to the east
line of the southeast 1/4 of the northwest 1/4 of Section 101;
thence north along the east line to the point of beginning and
