. RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT OF
CRXSTAL BAY AREA SANITARY SEWER PROJECT
WHEREAS, a Report has been prepared by the City Engineer
regarding the proposed municipal , sanitary sewer in the Crystal
Bay area of Orono; and ,
WHER'EAS, said report dated December 6� , 1984 , was
received and reviewed by the City Council on December 10, 1984.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Orono:
1. The Council hersby accepts said Report as to the
feasibility of the proposed work and as to the estimated
cost of constructing said work.
� 2. The Council will consider the construction of the
municipal sewer improvement in accordance with the
Report, and the assessment of the benefitted properties
for all or a portion of the cost of the improvements
pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 .
3 . The estimated total cost of all proposed work and all
proposed assessments as listed above is $858 ,3f�� . fd0 .
