A RESOLUTION APPROVING
• A METES AND BOUNDS
� ' CLASS I SIIBDIVISION �
FOR CATHARINE A. CRAM

� WHEREAB, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
. organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; �
and
WHEREAS, the City Couricil of the City of Orono has
adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and
safe development of •land within the City; and
WHEREAS�, the City Council has considered the
• application for� a subdivision by Catharine A. Cram, (hereinafter .
"the subdivider"�) of a property legally described on the
Certificate of 5urvey by Mark S. Gronberg dated December 27, 1984
and attached to this resolution; and
� WHEREAS, the �subdivider has completed all requirements
of the City for a metes and bounds Class I. subdivision,
including: � � - �
� 1. Dedication to the City of a Flowage and Conservation
• �Easement providing for limitations on the use of wetlands
located within Parcel A as shown on the Certificate of
. Survey by �Mark S. Gronberg dated December 27 , , 1984 and
� " attached to this resolution. "
2. Dedication by quit claim deed of right-of-way for a
public road; Stubbs' Bay Road. ,
3. Payment to' the'. City of a Park Dedication Fee in the
amount of .$100.00. -
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Counci 1 of
th.e City of Orono hereby' approves the metes and bounds division
� for Catharine � P;: Cram �according to the legal: descriptions shown `
on the 'Ce�rti.ficate of. Survey by Mark S. Gronberg, dated December
• 27, 1984 and- attached to this resolution subject to .the tollowing
conditions :
- . l. Parcel A,� as described on the Certificate of Survey
attached tb this resolution, meets the rural standards for
• one residentia 1 unit based on the current RR-lA zoning.

• 2. The second residence located in Parcel B, as described '
on the Certificate of Survey attached to this resolution, is
a non-conforming use and subject to all pertinent ordinances
of the Municipal Code.
3. This resolution, the attached Certificate of Survey and
the above referenced deeds shall be filed with the Hennepin . � .
County Recorder's Office on or before September 11, 1985. _
The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if
the filing has not been completed by the date specified above.
In that event, it will be necessary to file a new application .
with the City of Orono for subdivision review.
Adopted by the City Council on this llth day of March, .
