RE: 2175 Casco Point Road (shed) _
Dear Mr. Bebo:
This letter is to confirm our conversation of October 3, 2002 regarding an existing accessory
structure at 2175 Casco Point Road. The building was allowed to be relocated on the property
under the conditions of resolution#4662. The building turned out to be very difficult to move
and would cost less to remove the building and rebuild at its approved location. The City will
allow you to rebuild the structure under the following conditions:
1. The new structure is in the approved location.
2. The dimensions of the structure remain the same (with the exception of adding one coarse
of block to the floating slab to allow drainage from the ground to the siding).
An inspection of the forms will be required before the slab is poured. If I can be of further
