Re: Deck Construction without Building Permit
Df;ar Mr. Buesing and Ms. Running:
It has come to the attention of this department that you have recently constructed a deck on your
property at 2700 Casco Point Road. This letter is to notify you that a building permit is
required for deck construction in the City of Orono. Please provide the enclosed permit
application along with two sets of plans, hardcover calculations and a survey with the deck
drawn in to-scale for review before September 6, 1994. If this deadline is not met, the City may
initiate legal action. If you have any questions or if you have a problem meeting this deadline,
please feel free to contact me at my office.
