Re: Sewer& Water Assessments for Adjoining Lots
Dear Mr. Runkle:
During discussions with City staff regarding your assessment for theNavarre water system upgrade,
you requested confirmation of past assessments on the two adjacent tax parcels which you own.
These two parcels are referenced as:
PINS # 20-1 17-23 24 0001 (Plat 41320 Parcel 2000)
(This is the larger parcel abutting Casco Point Road)
PNS # 20-1 17-23 24 0004 (Plat 41320 Parcel 5000)
(This is the smaller parcel abutting the platted alley)
Parce12000 was assessed as follows:
City Water: Project 1970-LW-1, Levy #�383: Assessed 145' frontage @ $5.80/ft = $841.00
" " : Assessed 1 unit @ $580.00/unit = $580.00

City Sewer: Project 1965-LS-, Levy #4048: Assessed 145' frontage @ $12.00/ft = $1740.00
" , Levy#4049: Assessed $225 Unit Plant Charge = $ 225.00
Parcel 5000 was assessed as follows:
City Water: Project 1970-LVV-I, Levy #5383: (Was not assesssed)
City Sewer: Project 1965-LS-1, Levy #4048, 4049: (`Vas not assessed)
Based on the above, Parcel 2000 has been assessed for sewer and �vater as a buildable lot. Parcel
5000 has not been assessed for sewer or water, and appears to be substandard in width and area as
compared to the 1/2 acre, 100' width requirements of the LR-1C Zoning District. Please contact me
