These two parcels are referenced as: PINS # 20-117-23 24 0001 (Plat 41320 Parce12000) (This is the larger parcel abutting Casco Point Road) PINS # 20-117-23 24 0004 (Plat 41320 Parce15000) (This is the smaller parcel abutting the platted alley) Parce12000 was assessed as follows: City Water: Project 1970-LW-1, Levy #5383: Assessed 145' frontage @ $5.80/ft = $841.00 " " : Assessed 1 unit @ $580.00/unit = $580.00 , City Sewer: Project 1965-LS-, Levy#4048: Assessed 145' frontage @ $12.00/ft = $1740.00 " , Levy#4049: Assessed$225 Unit Plant Charge = $ 225.00 Parcel 5000 was assessed as follows: City Water: Project 1970-LW-1, Levy#5383: (Was not assesssed) City Sewer: Project 1965-LS-1, Levy #4048, 4049: (Was not assessed) Based on the above, Parce12000 has been assessed for sewer and water as a buildable lot. Parcel 5000 has not been assessed for sewer or water, and appears to be substandard in width and area as compared to the 1/2 acre, 100' width requirements of the LR-1C Zoning District.
