Per your request, attached is a copy of the survey in the City's file for 2665 Casco Point Road. The property
addressed 2665 Casco Point Road is located in the LR-1 C zoninq district which requires a 30' rear (street) and
10' side setbacks for a principal structure. The front (lake) setback would be 75' or the average lakeshore
setback, whichever is greater.
The property is located in Tier 1 of the Stormwater Quality Overlay District. Properties located in Tier 1 are
allowed 25% of the gross area of the lot to be covered in hardcover. Attached is the City's Hardcover
Information Packet.
Properties with less than 2 acres in area are limited to 15% structural coverage. Attached is the City's
information sheet on Structural Coverage.
