Hi Todd,
Thank you for submitting your updated survey and engineered plans for the retaining walls proposed at 2660
Casco Point Road. You originally submitted a zoning permit application, but zoning permit applications only
apply to retaining walls under 4' in height. Since some of the proposed walls are over 4' in height, a building
permit is required. Attached is a building permit application. The application fee is based on the construction
value of the project. Please complete and return the building permit to me at your earliest convenience.
Since we are already holding an escrow for the construction of the new home, an additional escrow amount is
not necessary. Once we have received the completed building permit application and assign a number to the
application, I will create an escrow agreement referencing both permit numbers which will require your
signature. An as-built survey will be required before the escrow is released.
