RESOLUTION APPROVING
A METES AND BOUNDS SUBDIVISION
OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT
FOR THE FARM AT LONG LARE, INC. �
FILE NO. 882 �
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
organized and existing under the laws of the state of Minnesota;
and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has
adopted subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and
�safe development of land within the City; and
WHEREAS , the City Council has considered the
application for subdivision of Lot 16, Block 1, The Farm at Long
Lake by The Farm at Long Lake, Inc. , a Minnesota Corporation,
• (hereafter "the subdivider") ; and
WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements
of the City for a metes and bounds subdivision for division and
combination purposes.
NOW, TAEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division
of a lot line rearrangement for the Farm at Long Lake, Inc. as
shown on the Certificate of Survey by David R. Krueger of the
Clark Engineering Company dated October 24, 1984 and attached to
this resolution subject to the following conditions:
l. Upon approval of the subdivision by the City
Council of Orono, the fee owners of Lots 15 & 17, Block
� 1, the Farm at Long Lake and Tract G, RLS No. 1275 must
apply to the City for legal combinations with the newly
created parcels described in the Certificate of Survey
referenced above as follows :
. a) Parcel A to the combined with Lot 17 , Block 1
The Farm at Long Lake. _
b) � Parcel B to be combined with Lot 15, Block 1
The Farm at Long Lake.
� c) Parcel C to be combined with Tract G, RLS No.
1275.

� 2. As a result of � this division and combination,
combined Parcel C with Tract G, RLS No. 1275 wi11 be
the only property riparian to Long Lake.
3. The aforesaid division as shown on the attached
Certificate of Survey shall be filed by the City of
Orono with the Hennepin County Recorder's Office on or
. before June 10, 1985 together with a certified original
copy of this resolution.
The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if
the division has not been filed by the date specified above. In
that event, it will be necessary to file a new application with
. the City of Orono for subdivision review. ,
. Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota, this
lOth day of December, 1984 . .
