Ordinance Section 10.03, Subdivision 7 is hereby -repealed and the following language substituted in its place: One nuilding Per Lot. Except in the case of Planned Residential Developments as provided for hereinafter, no more than one principal building sha11 be located on a lot except that staff may issue a permit to use a manufactured home that shall meet axl required setback standards or an existing dwelling while a new principal structure is being constructed. Such permit sha11 be issued for a period of 3 months, any extensions must be approved by the City and shall expire upon issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the new structure and such structure removed. r Ordinance No. 24 , Second Series �'--✓ Page 2 of 6 Section 3. Ordinance Section 10.03, Subdivision 9 (D) is hereby repealed and the fol�owing language substituted in its place: D. No detached garage or other accessory building shall be located nearer the fr�nt or street 1ot line than the principal building on that 1ot except on lots which have frontage on a lake and rear yard adjacent to a street, accessory buiYdings located within the street or rear yards of such lots are subject to the setback requirements of Section 10.23, Subdivision 6B, Section 10.24, Subdivision 5B and Section 10.25, Subciivision 6B except that detached garages may be located 1.0 feet from the street or rear lot line when doors face away from the street and a turn-around is provided on site.
