Dear Mr. Buller:
The Building & Zoning Dep.3rtment is in receipt of your
application for a building permit, which was received by this
office on May 2, 1990. A review of the application finds that
the following information needed for review is missing:
Provide a line item listinq of all proposed work intended
for the old garage. Because this garage is located
substantially within the right-of-way, no permits can be
issued for structural repair, only for cosmetic work such as
residing. Please advise us of the scope of fix-up intended.
While driving past your gar�ige this week, I noted that it is
leaning to one side and appears to need significant structural
repair to make it usable. I would again encourage you to
consider removing this structure and replacing it with a storage
shed in a conforming Iocation as noted in my letter of July 17 ,
1989 .
