RESOLUTIOP!
CITY OF ORONO , MINNESOTA
WHEREAS, the City of Orono , Minnesota and the
County of Hennepin have in effect a Joint Cooperation Agreement, County
Contract No. 10398 , for the purposes of qualifying as an
Urban County under the United States Department of Housing and Urban
Development Community Development Block Grant program; and
• WHEREAS, the City and the County wish to terminate the Agreement and
execute a new Joint Cooperation �lgreement, County Contract P1o.
40445 , to reconstitute the Urban County for purposes of
the Community Development Block Grant program.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the current Joint Cooperation Agreer�ent between the
' � City and the County, County Contract No. 10398 , be
terminated effective September 30, 1984, and a new� Joint Cooperation
Agreement between the City and the County, County Contract No.
40445 , be executed effective October 1, 1984, and that the
��layor and the Citv Administrator be authori zed to si gn the
Agreement on behalf of, the City. �
The question was on the adoption of the resolution, and upon a vote
being duly taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
