A RESOLQTION RECEIVIAiG REPORT AA�D CALLING FOR PUBLIC
' HEARING ON THE DUNWOODY AVENUE SANITARY
SEWER AND� WATERMAIN EXTENSION PROJECT
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1666 of the Council,
adopted August 27, 1984 , a report has been prepared by the City Engineer
with reference to the improvement of the Paul Smith property, (2477
Dunwoody Avenue - PID 2�1-117-23-22-P1f�15) by installing municipal
sanitarysewerand municipalwatermain extensions, and this reportwas
received by the Council on August 27 , 1984 . •
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Orono: .
1) The Council will consider the construction of such
� sanitary sewer and watermain extensions in accordance
� with the report and the assessment of the single
� benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes , Chapter
429, at an estimated total cost of the improvem�nt of
$28 ,600.
2) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on Monday, September 101, 1984, at 8 : �1P1 P.M.
in the Orono Council Chambers at 1275 South Brown Road,
and the Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of
such hearing and improvement as required by law.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota, at a
regular meeting held this 27 day of August, 1984 .
