A RESOLUTION APPROVING
THE RELEASE OF CITY LAND FOR
, . �PRI'VATE SALE TO ADJOINING PROPERTY OWNER
WHER�AS the City of Orono owns Lot 71 of Highwood Lake
Minnetonka , property identification number017-117-23 44 0050 and ,
WHEREAS the City of Orono has determined that Lot 71 serves
no useful public purpose now or in the future
� NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Orono approves the reconveyance of Lot 71 to the State Land
Department for private sale to adjoining land owner .
� Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota
at a regular meeting held
