A RESOLUTION APPROVING A METES & BOUNDS
c 0 SUBDIVISION OF A LOT LINE REARRANGEMENT FOR
JUDSON ROGERS AND GERALD HAGEN
N
WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation
r1 'organized and existingunder the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted
subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe development
of land within the City; and
WHEREAS the City Council has considered the application for
subdivision of Lot 7, Tonkaview. Gardens and Tract A, RLS No. 1472 by
Judson Rogers and Gerald Hagen, the subdividers; and T.
WHEREAS, the subdividers have completed all subdivision
requirements of the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds division of a lot
line rearrangement for Judson Rogers and Gerald Hagen as shown on the
Certificate of Survey by Mark S. Gronberg dated April 30 , 1984, attached
to this resolution subject to the following conditions:
1) Parcel 1 as shown on the above referenced. Certificate of
Survey shall be legally combined for tax purposes with
Parcel 3 as shown on the above referenced Certificate of
Survey which together shall be thereafterconsidered as
one building site.
2) The 9 .6 ' X 12. 5 ' shed located within Parcel 3 shall be
removed prior to final inspection for garage addition.
3) The aforesaid division as shown on the attached Certificate
of Survey shall be filed by the City of Orono with the
Hennepin County Recorder 's.. Office on or before December 11,
1984 together with a certifiedoriginal copy of this
resolution.

OF NO. 1647
ORONO
The approval granted by this resolution shall expire if the
division has not been filed by the date specified above. In that event,
it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono
for subdivision review.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular
meeting held June 11, 1984.
