RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

• ' • • FIFTH AMENDMENT TO THE 1983 FEE SCHEDULE
WHEREAS, Resolution #1437 established a uniforrn fee schedule
for the year 1984 ; and •
WHEREAS , Resolution #1437 includes provisions for instituting
new fees and for changing �isted fees upon adoption of a subsequent
resolution; and ,
WHEFtEAS , the City Council has determined that the following
changes must be made in the 1983 fee schedule so that the rates charged
will continue to reimburse the City for direct operating expenses .
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Orono that the current fee schedule of the City, including Resolution
T1437 , is hereby amended as follows: .
