RE: Illegal Vegetation Removal, 2648 Casco Point Road
Dear Ms. Curtis,
Your letter of October 14, 2004 referenced the illegal removal of trees from
my property. As you know two trees were removed from my property by
Mr. Eric Vogstrom and his contractor Hawkins Landscape and Tree Service.
On August 16, 2005 I made arrangements with Otten Brothers Nursery &
Landscaping, and had two replacement trees of similar varieties planted in
approximately the same location and setback from the shoreline as those
removed.
City staff is welcome to inspect these trees if desired.
If this restoration does not satisfy the City please call me.
