RE: EXTENSION/CONVERSION OF PERMIT #$7-6151, LAKE MINNETONKA
(2?-133P) , CAP.MAN'S BAY #9, HENNEPIN COUNTY
Dear Mr. Essen:
As you requested in your May 8, 1991 letter, Permit #87-6151 is
hereby extended to expire on November 30, 1992 . In addition, as
requested by Mr. Cliff Reep on June 7, 1991, the authorized depth
is hereby converted from 925. 4' to 924 . 6' (NGVD, 1929) in order to
be consistent with depths permitted for individual excavation
projects on Lake Minnetonka. All other terms and conditions of the
original permit shall remain in full force and effect.
